The Birds That Shakes The Jute Fields is one of the nominees for Best Documentary at Singapore Short Film Awards. Screening on 5th March, Programme O, 5:30pm to 6:30pm at The Substation. Shuhui is also nominated for Best Art Direction for our thesis film, A Light in the Darkness. 4th March, Friday. Programme J, 8:45pm to 10pm.Good to also know that there are quite a number of works from WKWSCI selected for competition and screening. Epiphany, Soi Chang, Post-Love, Zombies Ate My Cold Dead Heart, and A New Hope, Knockout. May have missed out a couple more. But already a good indication that the alma mater is doing well.
