Flash Floods

When I was at Bangkok 2 weeks ago, the people there were so calm, despite the looming threat of a flood that had caused devastation elsewhere in the country. Back here, I'm convinced something is very wrong with some of my countrymen the way they whined about flash floods with waters as high as erm, till the ankle that is. It's the gahmen's fault lah!
