I've been to KL, China and India, and if they can rank at 9th, 12th, 14th and 15th, ahead of Singapore's 18th place, it says a lot about the Singaporean attitude. Either we are so atas we have such high expectations or we are really just a bunch of pampered whiners living in our luxurious ivory tower.

I think this survey reads better as a measure of how whingy Singaporeans are.
Oh, you beat me to it - I was also going to say that the only thing this survey shows is how much Singaporeans like to complain! :-)
